SOURCE MANUFACTURER STANDARDS
We source from established Indian manufacturers.
Genhearb does not manufacture. Our quality position rests on who we buy from and how the goods are handled after that. We buy directly from established Indian manufacturers with the relevant approvals for their facilities, rather than through intermediary chains where a product can change hands four times before it reaches you.
WHAT WE COMMIT TO
Specifics, not assurances.
- A stated minimum residual shelf life on dispatch, on every temperature-sensitive line.
- Stock confirmed before you pay. We do not confirm stock we have not verified.
- A reply within 24 hours, in business hours, from a named person — including after your payment has cleared.
- A COA with every batch, with batch traceability back to the source manufacturer.
BATCH TRACEABILITY
Every batch is traceable.
A Certificate of Analysis travels with every batch. Batch numbers are recorded against your order, so if a question is raised at your end — by a regulator, a customer or your own QA — we can trace that specific batch back to the manufacturing record and give you a documented answer.
